Booking Information
It’s easy to book, just click on the book now button and follow the instructions. The available slots will be displayed, choose the one that's convenient to you, there is the option to choose more than one by choosing the “add a time” option after you've selected your first slot. When you've selected your slot(s) choose the “continue” option. Please read the terms and conditions to ensure you get the most from your booking. Each slot lasts for 50 minutes and allows for a 10 minute dwell period for one user to leave before the next one arrives.
The parking area is not part of the secure area, although it is fenced and hedged, please keep your dogs on leads here and release them once in the secure area and the gate is shut.
For security I would ask that you lock yourself in with the padlock as due to the nature of the site the gate cannot be seen from all areas.
Be aware that horses are likely to be present in adjacent fields. There are hedges screening them however your dog will be able to catch glimpses of them occasionally.
Payments
Exclusive use of the field for 50 minutes costs £11 for up to 3 dogs at a time.
We accept payments via credit and debit cards as well as via PayPal.
All payments will be displayed as Fun and Run dog field.
Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been made.
When you make a payment via our booking system, you are asked to agree to our terms and conditions – you will not be able to proceed with your booking unless these terms and conditions have been read and accepted by ticking the box.
If you are making a booking on behalf of someone else and will not be attending the session yourself, you must ensure that all parties have read and agreed to the terms and conditions provided. You are responsible for anybody who accompanies you or attends the session in your place.
Arrival and Departure
Your session is from the time booked – please avoid arriving early but in the event that you do, please wait in the car park. The dog field is used by reactive dogs and customers arriving early can cause significant disruption. If you arrive and the previous user is in the field, do not approach the field as they may have a reactive dog or an issue retrieving their dog that your presence will not help.
Your session is for 50 minutes. You must have left the premises by the end of your session time so please consider the time it will take to retrieve your dog, load your car and depart.
Please ensure the gate is both closed and padlocked on your departure. A video guide on how to use the padlock can be found here.
